Hey!
After taking one bittle of NMN ( 30 caps) i accidentally tested homocysteine and it was elevated ( 21, normal is 12).
I was put on TMG and b6/b12 supps, stopped nmn…but after 3 months it is still high ( 18 ).
What else ciuld i try?
I don’t have the mutation that is usually associated with this so my doctor is also confused…
Thanks :)

Shortness of breath i think for some. Anhedonia others. Just searched in this sunreddit. Also some ppl suggest that such a powerful antioxidant might “turn off” the antioxidant function kf the body itself.
I so not have a medical background so I have a hard tine figuring out what’s legit :)

Yeah, I could see some of those. It's usually only seen when taking high doses. Some people go crazy with NAC doses. 500mg is pretty well tolerated, though.
