Hey!
After taking one bittle of NMN ( 30 caps) i accidentally tested homocysteine and it was elevated ( 21, normal is 12).
I was put on TMG and b6/b12 supps, stopped nmn…but after 3 months it is still high ( 18 ).
What else ciuld i try?
I don’t have the mutation that is usually associated with this so my doctor is also confused…
Thanks :)

LOL, you literally say you are on TMG, B6 and B12, and you get suggested a product that is TMG, B6, and B12...
I would start taking reduced glutathione and/or NAC/S-acetyl glutathione. That will rapidly lower homocysteine. Did they test your serum glutathione levels as well?
