Hey!
After taking one bittle of NMN ( 30 caps) i accidentally tested homocysteine and it was elevated ( 21, normal is 12).
I was put on TMG and b6/b12 supps, stopped nmn…but after 3 months it is still high ( 18 ).
What else ciuld i try?
I don’t have the mutation that is usually associated with this so my doctor is also confused…
Thanks :)

Almost all the liposomal products on the market are fake. They just mix sunflower lecithin with shit and call them liposomes. We have done cryo-TEM imaging to confirm that, and I am likely going to buy a new piece of equipment for our lab to test if things are liposomal in-house, because cryo-TEM is expensive and tough.
Reduced glutathione increases serum levels reliably when taken daily. I take our reduced glutathione daily myself. If you want to raise levels quicker, NAC will do it faster. Sometimes I suggest people start taking both, and then just drop the NAC after a week or two.
