Homocysteine still elevated after stopping NMN - ideas?

Hey!
After taking one bittle of NMN ( 30 caps) i accidentally tested homocysteine and it was elevated ( 21, normal is 12).
I was put on TMG and b6/b12 supps, stopped nmn…but after 3 months it is still high ( 18 ).
What else ciuld i try?
I don’t have the mutation that is usually associated with this so my doctor is also confused…

Thanks a lot! Very informative. I read a fee conflicting report about the side effects of nac and i am unsure how to contiue. Will research a bit more!
