u/MisterYouAreSoDumb, any insights to share on the dosage of the Boswellia? I know ND is generally very conservative in its dosing, but for things like this extract, which really has no counterpart on the market or in the literature, I am curious if you have personally found it worth it dose more than once in a day, for example.

Yes, I actually like taking 200mg twice a day. I've even taken up to 600mg at once. Obviously higher doses are stronger, but there is a diminishing return with the cost.
