ND blocked me after asking them this question

It's sad cause I like their products. Here is the story: I contacted ND via email asking them why they don't include solvents residuals in their COAs, and also asked about solvents in some of their products I bought. They told me they are looking into it and will get back to me. After a week I asked if there's an update, and they blocked me. 3 months later I contacted them from a different email because I thought it might have been an accidental block. They answered and and asked for the blocked email address. As soon as I gave it they blocked the new email address as well. No explanations... I was always polite. That's really not a nice thing to do to your customers. And it's also sus, even though as far as my senses can tell, their products seems some of the cleanest.
Maybe someone here can help shed light on this. Thank you.

LOL, we didn't block you... I don't even think we can block emails from our ticketing system. My team is backed up right now. Both Emiel and Erika are on holiday for a few weeks (Europeans, right?), and Emiel usually handles technical questions. My normal support team are not scientists, so they have to defer to the people that are. They did bring this up with me last week, saying you wanted to take really high doses of some stuff, like 15 grams of glycine, and that you didn't think USP guidelines for residual solvents were adequate. We developed a whole analytical method for residual solvents on our headspace GC, but that's only used for synthetic products that have the risk of residual solvents. Regardless, I told them to run some of the samples you were inquiring about anyway, since we have the machine and method to do it. My lab is just backed up right now as well, as we are doing all our own testing and testing for multiple other companies these days, so they can't drop everything and slot this into their mountain of other samples on a moments notice. I try to let them balance their sample load efficiently, and not screw up their normal flow. I will check with them on the status, though.
