ND blocked me after asking them this question

It's sad cause I like their products. Here is the story: I contacted ND via email asking them why they don't include solvents residuals in their COAs, and also asked about solvents in some of their products I bought. They told me they are looking into it and will get back to me. After a week I asked if there's an update, and they blocked me. 3 months later I contacted them from a different email because I thought it might have been an accidental block. They answered and and asked for the blocked email address. As soon as I gave it they blocked the new email address as well. No explanations... I was always polite. That's really not a nice thing to do to your customers. And it's also sus, even though as far as my senses can tell, their products seems some of the cleanest.
Maybe someone here can help shed light on this. Thank you.

Makes sense. It would be great to have the results of the tests of possible contaminants depending on the flow charts like you said.

What would we test the bottles for? They are either PETE or HDPE. I am not sure what methodology we would use to test them in the lab.
