Caps on the bottles

For the past two orders some of my nootropics have faulty caps. They easily overscrew when attempting to close the cap. Any solutions for this?

Same here. Some of the cheapest low quality plastic bottles on the market right up there with Swanson, which is a shame given the high prices and pride they take in their R&D. They should be glass with metal caps.

We started with glass back in 2013, but we had so many broken jars and bottles that it was a problem. Plus, once shipping rates jumped up, the extra weight of the bottles was making shipping too expensive. Customers already complain about the shipping as it is, so adding even more cost with heavy bottles would make that worse. Not to mention all the extra carbon emissions from the extra weight in shipping. Our current bottles are not cheap. They are custom made for us, and we had molds made for the lids. We even redesigned the child-resistant mechanism because it was difficult to open. I have not personally had any issues with the bottles recently, but I can go to the warehouse and check some out.
