Caps on the bottles

For the past two orders some of my nootropics have faulty caps. They easily overscrew when attempting to close the cap. Any solutions for this?

As much as I in theory would prefer glass, I’ve knocked over or dropped enough of the bottles to be fine with an AMEX and Mastercard circulating in my body from the extra residual plastics I’m consuming on my capsules and tablets for, and soon circulating extra with the Epicatechin from ND I’ve got coming my way.

We had tons of broken bottles and jars back when we did all glass. It became a big problem, because shipping companies are super rough with packages. This is especially true when you consider we ship all over the world. If we ship a $500 order to Egypt in all glass bottles, and half get shattered going through Egyptian customs, then we have to reship the order again and hope they don't break it a second time. Glass can work if you are selling through stores, since there is more care given to B2B freight when shipping to stock store shelves. However, B2C shipping around the world just doesn't give you that control. Plus, glass really is much heavier. We are getting killed with shipping costs as it is. I'm not sure consumers will bear 30-40% higher shipping costs at the moment.
