Caps on the bottles

For the past two orders some of my nootropics have faulty caps. They easily overscrew when attempting to close the cap. Any solutions for this?

I love ND but I really dislike the caps haha. Why childproof on the large bottles but not on the small bottles? The non-childproof lids are so much better!

The idea for the childproofing on all the bottles except for the minis is that if a child gets a hold of a mini bottle, there isn't enough in there for it to be dangerous. However, for the small bottles and up, especially for things like caffeine/NALT and Dynamax, it could kill a child if they ate all the capsules. I had considered moving away from child-resistant caps years back, but I got push back from customers on Reddit saying they wanted us to keep them for safety sake. This is why we stuck with them, and just made our own molds with our logo in them. I've actually wanted to do a full redesign of our packaging for many years, but it's a large task with almost 500 products. Then the pandemic hit, and just keeping packaging in stock with all the shortages was a task in itself. Things have stabilized a bit now at least.
