Caps on the bottles

For the past two orders some of my nootropics have faulty caps. They easily overscrew when attempting to close the cap. Any solutions for this?

I'll head to the warehouse to mess around with the caps. I have not noticed any issues recently, but maybe there was a mis-molded batch of caps recently.
