I had only used Cognance before and had dismissed it because I wasn’t getting desirable effects. I have been using Bacopa 200-300 mg for about before bed and have noticed an improvement in sleep duration and also an overall feeling of calmness the following day. I haven’t noticed a significant improvement in memory but do get random recall of past memories.
Since listening to the podcast I decided to add back cognance, this time at a much lower dose of around 25 mg and am noticing an improvement in my color perception and appreciation of perceptions like sense of smell. Does this low a dose make sense with cognance being a PAM.
Only other addition to my stack has been saffron which I suspect is also playing a role here

Cognance goes very well with our saffron. That's probably why you are noticing it more. Cognance hits 5-HT2A, and saffron is increasing serotonin in general. Both are implicated in color perception and smell. Adding in Erinamax will make that effect even stronger.
