I came across this post on the NMN sub:
I cannot believe some of the quackery on here. ND has gone far and above to prove their purity… but even despite that a lot of people are making unfounded claims. The OP himself even said the NMN worked but thought maybe it was laced with something else for the energy.

I saw a list tiering NMN brands and they put Renue and ND low. ND has gold standard purity and testing, Renue literally sources from the top branded NMN supplier and has testing. I don’t trust the general opinion of the layperson.

Everything on the internet now is paid for by the brands. EVERYTHING. If you see a list of things rated, that's either a site run by a brand, a paid article by a brand, or from a paid affiliate of the brand. Organic review and ranking sites don't exist anymore on the modern internet. There is too much money to be made, and the bad actors use shady tactics to rank higher to rake in the most money.
