Tongkat Ali grounded powder dosage

Hey! I just ordered 100 gram of Tong kat ali powder which is not extracted, just minced from the root. It was very cheap so I thought why not try.
Any recommendations on dosage here? Im just guessing somewhere between 2-3 gram a day maybe? Anyone knows?

Anyways, did you get my DM about btcpayserver (https://github.com/btcpayserver/btcpayserver) ? I'm planning on open sourcing what I discussed once I polish it up a bit, just wanted a small project to add to my resume (and also wanted to be able to pay you guys with leftover crypto). Thought you might be interested in something self-hosted given issues you've had with crypto and curious what sort of features/issues/other feedback you might have from a merchant's POV and if its something you'd be willing to consider. BTCPayServer is open source and it's pretty easy to install/get running. I'm sure you're pretty busy, but just wanted to check to see if you got my DM and it didn't get spam filtered because reddit thought it was some sort of scam/spam (for having links to new subdomains + mentioning crypto and payments).
Also, if you have any ideas for any useful apps/integrations with BigCommerce that doesn't yet exist but is something you'd want (and not something super specific), I'd appreciate letting the suggestions. They're hosting a hackathon right now.

No, I didn't see that PM. Reddit is being weird for me the past few months. Sometimes I will get PMs 20-30 days after people send them. No idea what the issue is.
The BTCPayServer looks cool! I'd love to possibly integrate that.
