Hey! I just ordered 100 gram of Tong kat ali powder which is not extracted, just minced from the root. It was very cheap so I thought why not try.
Any recommendations on dosage here? Im just guessing somewhere between 2-3 gram a day maybe? Anyone knows?

Consuming fake tongkat ali for a short period of time is 10x better than eating processed food everyday for years, like the majority of people do.
And of course i ask this question on the knowledge that this is in fact real minced tongkat ali, not fake. And even if it is fake it doesn't matter, when the answer i was looking for was the recommended dosage for non extracted tongkat ali, which i can't find on the internet, neither can i here apperantly. Not if it was fake or not.
And also, this is the only Tongkat ali that exists in my country.

I mean, that's kind of a non sequitur. I don't think anyone here is suggesting you eat processed foods every day. Moreover, we can't make that conclusion. We don't know what the product you bought is, so how can anyone here know it's safer than eating processed foods every day? I've seen some really bad shit in supplements that absolutely can cause acute harm. Without lab testing we can't say one way or another, nor can anyone here suggest a dose for something they have no clue the identity or potency of. 500mg? 1,000mg? Two grams? It would just be guesses. If you want to risk it, that's your decision. However, asking strangers on the internet how much of something you should take, when those strangers have no idea what it is you are really taking, seems reckless to me. Consumer Reports did testing of spices in grocery stores last year, and found that a THIRD of them contained high levels of heavy metals.
Those are just normal spices from seemingly trustworthy national brands. You can imagine the shit we find on less common things from places like China, Malaysia, and Thailand. Again, it goes against everything I have been trying to get people to care about for ten years now. Don't be surprised when you get people warning you about the risks.
