Fatigue from NMN Enteric coated tablets

Took my first dose of NMN today (125mg), just one tablet, along with 62.5mg TMG as a methyl donor, and feel quite drowsy today. I wanted to try the NMN before the OptiNAD.
Does the drowsiness indicate I’m low on methyl donors? Should I dose the TMG up to 1:1 with the NMN? Has anyone else experienced drowsiness from NMN? Also noted an itchy, warm feeling in my extremities 3 hours after consuming. Is this the ‘niacin flush’ that people talk about?
Obviously it’s only one dose, but will try for a few days to see if the drowsiness continues.

You're doing it wrong. You need to drown him first. Then if he survives the drowning, he's obviously a witch and then you burn him. If he dies from the drowning, this proves he was not a witch.
