Yeah, the NMN, NR, and quercetin mixed with carnosine can cause the anxiety. I've experienced it, too. It's the AMPK activation. I would add in some apigenin, L-theanine, and Micromag to help balance that out.

Depends on if you are benefiting from the AMPK activation or not. I would say add in the others to balance it out, as the benefits from AMPK activation warrant keeping that going.

It's not. Beta-ecdysterone is 20-hydroxyecdysone, so a different molecule. Close, but not the same.
