I hope not, basically does nothing in humans according to examine. Everything on CINAHL is mice and rats.
I'd buy a really clean 2:1:1 BCAA from ND though.
I have GALE access too but I'm not seeing anything post 2020 (the last examine update)

Beta-Ecdysterone was comparable or more anabolic than dihydrotestosterone (DHT), Insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1), metandienone (Dianabol), estradienedione (Dienedione), and SARM S-1. That was in-vitro, but that's pretty crazy that it yielded significantly higher effects than those anabolics. This is due to its effects on ERβ. I was skeptical of it too, but it really is having an effect.
