I've actually come around to our extract, too. I have been taking it a couple days a week, and I get similar effects to you. I think my issue is with too high of a dose, or every single day use.

The effects get better with daily use. If you want to cycle, you can do longer ones. Maybe take a week off every few months to assess how you feel back at baseline.
