Hey boss. Meant to ask you. What’s the deal with liposomal quercetin? I’ve seen a couple other brands offer it. Frankly, I wouldn’t buy from them. Nootropics Depot is only 1 of 3 brands I trust and buy from when it comes to the supplement industry. But I’m curious, is there an actual absorption advantage to liposomal quercetin since quercetin has notoriously poor absorption, or is it just marketing buzzwords? Any insight would be appreciated.

Almost all brands out there are just mixing quercetin with soy/sunflower lecithin and calling it a liposome. That's NOT how you make real liposomes. That would be an emulsion. 99% of the "liposomal" shit out there is fake, and is just being used as a marketing gimmick. Would a real liposome of quercetin work better? It's hard to say, as I don't know of a real one on the market. However, taking 500mg of regular quercetin a day will give you effects.
