NMN sleep disruption

I've taken NMN twice first thing in the morning and it seems to make it a lot more difficult than normal to sleep well.
First night I had a very difficult time going to bed. Was a very unusual feeling as well for night time. Lots of energy and needed to put my attention on something.
Second night I fell asleep alright (extra 4 hours being up though) but I woke up super early. Also, didn't drink coffee this day either which is unusual for me.
I do feel some slight sleep deprivation effects currently and will try to make up with a nap and not taking NMN today.
Will tolerance buildup lessen this effect? I can't take this supplement if it's going to fuck up my sleep. Any similar experiences or tips to overcome this? It's not really possible to titrate this because of the way the product is formulated and I'm already taking the smallest dose.
For context I'm serious athlete and very healthy.

Funny - i just thought about ditching Nmn as of tomorrow because of the same problem.. the stimulus it gives me is unreal.. if i take a second espresso in the day i cant sleep until 2-3 in the morning😂at the same time i want to hold on to it because it seems to be so freaking effective

It depends on the rest of your stack, too. I have found many combos with things that push the stimulation way too far. Usually those are combos with other supplements that hit AMPK. I have to find the right balance for my body. I usually push it right to the edge, because I need energy and motivation for most of my days. However, that means I can tip the scales a bit to far if I add a new thing in that hits AMPK, like I recently did testing our nobletin. I had to back off the nobilietin to get back to a less stimulated/less anxious level.
