NMN tablets are awesome

I've been taking the enteric-coated NMN tablets for a month and a half now and I've had some trouble sleeping. Today I decided to try not taking it to see what would happen. I didn't change anything else I take or do. Whoa. I needed a nap this afternoon and I'm still tired and sleepy. Previously, I could go go go all day long with no problems. I'm going back to taking it tomorrow morning. I need to be alert and focused on my job. Thanks so much for really doing this chemical the right way!

Thankyou! Really good to know. I’m normally a double espresso in the morning person but had backed off to single when starting nmn having read comments that the caffeine, nmn and quercetin combo can be a bit much for some. I’ll back off nmn for a bit and when I return maybe ditch caffeine entirely to test it’s impact. Hypothetically, if I wanted to see if non enteric coated nmn was better suited to me for what ever reason I could just cut or crush these ones up right? Not the most cost effective way but just to see if 125mg or even 250mg non enteric suits me better?

Yeah, you could crush the tablets up and take it that way. The enteric coating only works if it is intact. Once crushed, it will absorb like non-enteric.
