Really want to try andrographis but I keep reading about bad reactions from it. Is it safe? Anyone have any negative experiences.

That being said, it looks like encasing it in hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin could get around that.

Would you be able to formulate a variant of Luteolin with phytosome or other encapsulation method that would offer a viable oral luteolin delivery method? I have seen a ton of people discussing it as a Senolytic. Apocynin is another one I am very interested in. I have acquired both as powder but the literature makes me think I am not getting much bang for the buck. Oleoylethanolamide was mentioned a while back, and I almost brought it up in my previous comment but didnt want to be redundant, would this be something youd be interested in providing when the new equipment is installed? The idea that these obscure fatty acids might be available with documents showing trustable docs has me reeling this morning. Would the new equipment be in house anytime soon and how long do these sorts of products take to develop? I have been interested in these things for a while and they are quite rare with some having only a few places to purchase in an almost pointless form that wont survive the stomach. Thanks.

We are working on luteolin, and ways to improve its bioavailability. We have not settled on a strategy yet, but encapsulation using different things could be one of them.

OEA is one we have been working on, but have not released because of lab testing limitations. The existing methods are not telling people what they think they are. This new equipment will allow us to overcome that limitation. I believe it was all installed on Thursday. I will have to check with my lab director on it. The time it takes to develop methods varies. Sometimes things just work as expected, and it goes quickly. Other times you run into problem after problem. Then it can drag on. If everything goes perfectly, a few weeks is what it would take. If everything goes wrong, it can take a year or more to work through it all.

Curious on y'alls thoughts on this. I spoke to a ayurveda person (ayurveda is where Ashwagandha and Bacopa come from) and he was like for thousands of years we put the herbs into food and ate it long-term and not made extracts out of it. Should we have skepticism over extracts with this logic maybe?
