Really want to try andrographis but I keep reading about bad reactions from it. Is it safe? Anyone have any negative experiences.

Thanks, any other anti inflammatory things you'd stack with it? I'm looking to take it to help with familial hemiplegic migraines. Which I think of as more of an autoimmune disease than typical migraines, since I have never figured a trigger and I have a host of other inflammatory flare ups before and after an episode. Some day they'll figure more out on that front I bet.

I personally pair it with quercetin and hesperidin, which both help with inflammation. Tart cherry and Rephyll are two others that are great for inflammation and pain. I use those more on a situational basis, if I know I will be doing a lot of physical work that will cause some inflammation or soreness. The andrographis, quercetin, and hesperidin I take daily.
If you have not listened to our podcast yet, give it a listen. We only have a few episodes so far, but two of them are on andrographis and tart cherry. We go into detail on their mechanisms and effects.
