Berberine and Silymarin

Hello folks, I ran out of NDs berberine + silymarin tabs and as you all know they are still not in stock. I do however have the powder and NDs high potency milk thistle.

How much of the milk thistle capsule would be equal to the silymarin dose in the previous berberine+ silymarin combo?

They are both seed extracts but one of them says 90% silymarin .

250mg of the milk thistle powder will be equivalent in silymarin to 100mg of the 90% in the tablets.
