Are Immuse, Epicor, and/or Immune defense counterproductive for someone with an autoimmune disorder or do any/all of these products focus on modulating the immune system?

Hypothetically speaking, could any of these products potentially be helpful or harmful with someone who has an autoimmune disorder (IE: crohns)? I am not sure if the products I mentioned primarily boost or modulate the immune system. Thoughts?

My concern is what they're feeding/mixing into the yeast before it's dried/killed off. Is there synthetic vitamins? Other nutrients like quercetin, etc?
From their FAQ:
\> EpiCor is “dried fermentate” made using many ingredients including Saccharomyces cerevisiae
There are some supps which just don't work for me due to certain genetic mutations. And I'm just really hesitant to roll the dice on Epicor because of this.
Yeast alone, however, I'm cool with. Didn't realize ND had a yeast extract, checking it out now!

That's true. We don't know what they are adding to/feeding the yeast in the process. It would be a lot better if they were more open about the process, but I think they are keeping things trade secrets because their patents don't actually cover everything. Still, I get just as good effects with our yeast these days for cheaper, so I have just moved to that.
