Are Immuse, Epicor, and/or Immune defense counterproductive for someone with an autoimmune disorder or do any/all of these products focus on modulating the immune system?

Hypothetically speaking, could any of these products potentially be helpful or harmful with someone who has an autoimmune disorder (IE: crohns)? I am not sure if the products I mentioned primarily boost or modulate the immune system. Thoughts?

Thanks for the suggestions. I will check those probiotics out. I have started to adjust my diet by cutting out processed sugars, foods with emulsifiers, and minimizing dairy. We only purchase organic foods when possible and I try to eat self cooked meals when possible. It's been a bit of a challenge because I love food and dont have a ton of time to prep every meal.
I appreciate your thought regarding locally grown organic food. We have a local farmers market that I can shop at. That makes sense regarding cultivars/growing conditions causing issues and could explain how eating the same type of food twice causes random results.
I just found out the other day about emulsifiers. Multiple studies say emulsifiers are bad news for crohns and UC. They cause inflammation, negatively alter gut microbiome, and some even hurt the protective layer of mucus on the intestines. I believe I read something stating that the huge increase of Crohns disease aligns with the increased use of emulsifiers. I am blown away at how many "supposedly" health food products have them. It became a chore to even find a non-dairy protein powder that didnt include them!
As bad as this disease sucks, I am glad that it wasnt worse (IE: cancer). I could not be luckier to have a supportive wife and be financially able to cover increased food and medical expenses.

I hope you can get it under control! GI issues really suck. If you find a good strategy that works for you, let me know. I am always curious to understand the mechanisms behind things better.
