Possible Magnesium Glycinate Withdrawal

TLDR: I've been taking Magnesium Glycinate for years and recently stopped to take a break and have felt like crap.
Two or three years ago (maybe longer) I started taking high quality (ND) Magnesium Glycinate every night. Recently I ran out and decided to take a 2-3 week break (for the first time ever). A few days after stopping, I had a very uneasy feeling throughout the day. It was like a weird form of Anxiety and I ended up getting a migraine headache. The following day I ended up getting another headache that was slightly less painful. I took some magnesium that evening and the next day I felt great. I didn't take any the following night and felt like crap again the today.
I was just sitting on my couch contemplating why I have been feeling bad this week and realized that it could be due to stopping the magnesium supplement. I say "could be" because I don't know for sure. However, stopping magnesium was the only major change that I have made.
I realize some people will most likely say it's not withdrawal and it's just the feeling of baseline. I can assure you that it's worse than baseline (although manageable).

Same here. Stopping magnesium L-threonate has the most noticeable effects, but I’ve also had elevated anxiety and worsened mood from stopping glycinate as well.

At first I thought it might be something with the threonic acid, but now I think it is just a reaction to the magnesium itself. The L-threonate seems to just get to the brain better, so it is more pronounced with that form.
