Possible Magnesium Glycinate Withdrawal

TLDR: I've been taking Magnesium Glycinate for years and recently stopped to take a break and have felt like crap.
Two or three years ago (maybe longer) I started taking high quality (ND) Magnesium Glycinate every night. Recently I ran out and decided to take a 2-3 week break (for the first time ever). A few days after stopping, I had a very uneasy feeling throughout the day. It was like a weird form of Anxiety and I ended up getting a migraine headache. I realize some people will most likely say it's not withdrawal and it's just the feeling of baseline. I can assure you that it's worse than baseline (although manageable).

I know it seems strange, but I have experienced this with magnesium before. Usually that was from magnesium L-threonate, but glycinate can do it, too. Obviously it's not like a real withdrawal, but it is noticeable. You just have a worse mood for a bit after ceasing regular magnesium use. I still have not figured out the mechanism. I thing potassium plays a role in it somehow. Perhaps some sort of compensatory mechanism.
