Plasma uridine levels are a marker for increased gout, so it seems it might a a causative relationship for you. Our tart cherry extract is fantastic for lowering uric acid. If you like the Mr Happy stack and still want to keep taking it, I would add in the tart cherry to counteract the uric acid.
It's funny, because someone in our office occasionally uses our Alcohol Defense when he is not even drinking, since he gets nootropic effects from it. That is likely from the pyroglutamic acid and the ginger extract. We are going to be releasing the ginger extract as a standalone soon, so that should be good for people.
