I would be surprised if a single dose of a basic B complex would eliminate gout that quickly, but it is possible.
Multivitamins are tough because you generally have to take different vitamins at different times, because they compete with each other for absorption and transport. I've thought about doing an AM/PM multivitamin, and we might at some point. However, formulating it and testing it gets complex because of how many ingredients are in it. We likely will at some point, though.
What do you mean by tolerance? What effects are you noticing diminishing?
I actually have not really looked into pine needle extract. Pine bark extract, yes. Not pine needle. I will have to research. I have used grapeseed extract. If we can do an extract and make the numbers work, we likely will.
