Couldn't PM you until today. The "Send private message" link (not chat, mine is turned off too) was missing from your profile. I actually tried to send you a message through this link too https://old.reddit.com/message/compose/ and it said "This user is not accepting private messages". But you seem to have fixed it now so :D
I honestly think I need to break cycle from EVERYTHING for a few months, but things do specific things to better my life so much and I don't want to go back to the anxiety ridden, daily gastrointestinal upset life I found myself in before discovering nootropics in general and then ND. It's been a hell of a year, spent $3k with ND alone trying different stuff, learned so much about my body and its deficiencies and unique physiology (most things that do X for most people do Y for me).
It would make sense it's an adrenal issue. A relative died about 3 months ago and during the (in house) leukemia death my body went apeshit adrenal stress wise, whilst my mind was generally clear, and since then I've not been able to get my body to destress. Even typing this one of my eyes is twitching!! Tried all sorts, fasting, adaptogens, intense exercise, just can't get back to pre-stress baseline :( And like with piracetam it has changed how I react to stuff :(

That's weird... I didn't change anything. The only thing I did recently was make a stupid avatar for my profile. Maybe that changed some setting? I've been getting PMs from other people daily. Maybe it was just a temporary Reddit bug.
Ohh yeah, that sounds like excess glutamate/adrenal issues. That would make sense for why you feel manic on it. You should also try meditating to calm your mind a bit. It's tough at first, but it really does help after a while.
