5,000iu D3 and 100mcg of MK-7. They are scored tablets as well, so you can break them in half to adjust dosage. They have vitamin C in them for stability, too.

That's just the most common way people do it. However, oils in softgels are much more reactive and susceptible to oxidation. Plus, you can't get the benefit of being able to break them in half to adjust dosage. You can g

No, the coating goes on after the pill is pressed with the score line. There won't be a coating on the broken middle section if you break them in half.

Most doctors recommend 100mcg of K2 for every 5,000-10,000 IU D3. We went with the higher of the ratios. 100mcg of MK-7 for 2,500 IU of D3 is a very high ratio.
