What's the reason for having Tongkat Ali 10% Eurycomanone as tablets instead of capsules?

I personally go for capsules over tablets whenever possible for (assumedly) better absorption. What's the reason for 2% version having a capsulated version, but the 10% being only available as tablets?

It was for dosing adjustability. You can use a tablet cutter to cut them in half, but you can't do that with a capsule.
