Question regarding shipment to Germany

Are shipments to the EU currently halted due to COVID? My parcel seems to be stuck in Compton,CA for nearly a month now. I chose the default delivery option and I know that it can take a while, but I'd like to know if I can expect the parcel anytime soon.

All standard international mail goes through Compton. That's the DHL Ecommerce distribution center. That is where they are sorted and routed onto planes to the various countries. Just because it doesn't show any more tracking after that doesn't necessarily mean it is still in Compton, though. They are routing them any way they can, and sometimes that results in packages moving without the tracking showing that. I'd have to know your actual order number to look up the details, though.
