Can you help me understand how Polygala vs. 7,8-DHF interact with TrkB?

Are they synergistic if stacked together? I had positive results to Polygala at 200mg per day over the course of January, and for February I am looking to swap it out for 7,8-DHF for February to compare and contrast.

Polygala up-regulates TrkB receptors and increases BDNF. 7,8-DHF mimics BDNF. So they are synergistic, since 7,8-DHF is binding to the receptor and polygala is increasing the number of receptors it can bind to.
