Milk thistle anger

I wasn't able to find much on this, but here is a study which showed a significant increase in testosterone, in mice. Mark's Daily Apple claims that milk thistle may also increase the excretion of estrogen in urine, although this really isn't well studied at all.
On the other hand, it's more certain that milk thistle has some estrogen mimicking properties, so it might temporarily cause a state which would be comparable estrogen dominance, but which might then be quickly reversed as estrogen is more quickly excreted in urine.
It might be screwing with your hormonal balance, is what I'm saying.

Okay, I had not seen that! I was not aware that milk thistle increased testosterone! That could be playing a role, for sure.
