Just a warning for any other uk buyers, I ordered 180 phenibut capsules on the 31st but once it got into the uk it seemed to be delayed for a while until i got a letter from the police today saying it has been seized, I've just had a conversation with the officer in charge of the case and was told that while it is legal to posess it is also illegal to import it, fortunately they aren't pressing charges or investigating further.

I'm mainly just confused as some sources say differently about the legality and I have even seen posts on this subreddit about it being totally fine and that people usually get their orders so keep this in mind when you decide to buy.

Totally agree. I don't see how it's gonna work out. At least for the EU, though, having the customer prepay and the shipping service handle it seems like the best solution right now with these awful changes that are coming up soon; at least that way the reporting and remittance is on DPD or whoever you contract with rather than you.

It works here in the US because we are a US company under the jurisdiction of US federal law. So when the Supreme Court rules on something, it actually has weight. EU lawmakers passing a law doesn't affect us, since we are not under their jurisdiction. They can try to strong-arm us by making it hard for packages to get through customs or something like that, but they can't legally force us to comply with their tax laws. I suppose if the US entered into a trade agreement with the EU that mandated we follow those laws, then they could. Because then it would be tied to a US law that we are under the jurisdiction of. I don't see the US agreeing to a trade agreement like that, though.
