I know you're not supposed to mix the two because of a risk of ulcers.

But lets say, only once, I take 2 shots of vodka 1-1.5 hour after taking 500 mg agmatine, do I risk something?

Nah, not a one time mixture. It's more something you need to consider if you are regularly combining the two.
