Order still not delivered from beginning of Dec I'm losing hope :(

Hi there, hoping you can help, I know your colleague Dawn has reached out to your shipping teams, and its been Xmas, but I ordered 180ct. Phenibut at the very beginning of Dec and still not received it (UK).
DHL tracking hasn't moved since Dec 16th and my local royal mail tracker has said "we're expecting it" since before Xmas.
Could this be a customs issue? Can you re ship or should I just re- order and hope?!! Not had issues before. :( x

Hey :) been advised by ND email to allow another 6-8 weeks for my order. I'll get back in touch if still no sign after that time frame. :) Happy New year to you all x
