Order still not delivered from beginning of Dec I'm losing hope :(

Hi there, hoping you can help, I know your colleague Dawn has reached out to your shipping teams, and its been Xmas, but I ordered 180ct. Phenibut at the very beginning of Dec and still not received it (UK).
DHL tracking hasn't moved since Dec 16th and my local royal mail tracker has said "we're expecting it" since before Xmas.
Could this be a customs issue? Can you re ship or should I just re- order and hope?!! Not had issues before. :( x

🤣🤣 so we think just very delayed then? My royal mail tracker when ordering from ND have always said "from Germany" even before all this.. I hugely appreciate your efforts for me and ill hang in there a little while longer x

I think so. We have seen multiple packages like this that just show up. We even reshipped a couple, then the first package just shows up before the second gets there. If it really doesn't update next week, we will reship to you, though.
