That's hard to say. That's a pretty complex interaction that would have to be tested. I am sure it would not create a full emulsion, as there is not just extra polysorbate 20 in there, but I would think it would have some beneficial effects. I know the process is not as simple as just mixing fish oil with polysorbate 20, too. The formulation is more complex than that.
