Order still not delivered from beginning of Dec I'm losing hope :(

Hi there, hoping you can help, I know your colleague Dawn has reached out to your shipping teams, and its been Xmas, but I ordered 180ct. Phenibut at the very beginning of Dec and still not received it (UK).
DHL tracking hasn't moved since Dec 16th and my local royal mail tracker has said "we're expecting it" since before Xmas.
Could this be a customs issue? Can you re ship or should I just re- order and hope?!! Not had issues before. :( x

Just wanted to let you know, in the end I didn't for a re ship or store credit... but my original order arrived this week!! :)
It was sat with customs since October but they didn't actually open or touch the product.

Glad to hear it eventually got there! Some crazy stuff has been happening with the international mail system. Some of our inbound shipment have been held since late December as well, and they are starting to be released now. No idea why they have been held for so long, but we were dealing with it on our inbound shipments as well.
