My apologies for the late reply. Unfortunately, I can only speak for myself, and further research into what side effects and what could be used to help treat them should be pursued on a larger scale than the anecdotal evidence I would be able to provide.
I know many people that have dealt with a reduction in g.i motility after prolonged use, there is a lot of controversial evidence on cannabis’ effect on the digestive system, especially with chronic users. While cannabis can stimulate appetite it could lead to contrary effects with prolonged use. Reduced g.i motility could result in delayed gastric emptying, which in turn could cause a myriad of issues (ranging from minor symptoms such as bloating and lack of appetite to vomiting and cannabis hypermesis syndrome).

Interesting! This is the first time I am hearing about some of these side effects from cannabis. I will have to research a bit on them.
Excessive cannabis use can also lead to the desensitization of dopamine receptors which probably isn’t very helpful for productivity and could also lead to anhedonia.

COX-2 inhibitors would be good. I think a natural COX-2 inhibitor like curcumin could help. Probably a form that reaches the brain like Longvida would be best.
