Has usps been having trouble scanning recently?

I ordered on saturday priority mail and Tempe, AZ shipment was recieved, acceptance pending. Fast foward to Wednesday and it still says the same thing. I dont mind if the shipment is just late but im wondering if usps usually has trouble scanning packages, especially during the holidays.

This is my first order from nootropicsdepot btw
