How fast does Agmatine Sulfate reduce tolerance?

Do you have any idea why people say that agmatine reduces their tolerance but also decreases euphoria or the “feel good” mood effects on things like kratom/phenibut? I’ve seen this a lot recently and I don’t understand where people get this. Supposedly, a lot of people experience this anecdotally. I’ve only taken agmatine and kratom together once and I couldn’t really judge whether I was feeling any different than normal. I only took 500mg agmatine, though.
I also had someone tell me that they and a lot of others get lessened effects from kratom when supplementing black seed oil and magnesium, both of which I take. As far as I know I haven’t shared their experience. Is there truth to any of this or is it just a bunch of bullshit?

There's no way for me to scientifically know, as euphoria is a subjective thing. I will say that acute effects can sometimes be different than cumulative ones, and spacing out doses can give you the best of both worlds. Taking agmatine before bed could lead to a cumulative decrease in tolerance, while not having the acute effects change the acute effects of other things you are taking.
