Curious what your thoughts on herbal vs synthetic nootropics are, specifically with regards to potency and how that relates to learning, memory, and test taking ability. How do you view the more potent classic herbal nootropics such as bacopa, rhodiola, goth kola, lions mane 8:1 vs the different racetams, noopept, etc?
And if you were going shoot gun style studying everyday for an exam (~50/50 combo of memory/logic with quantitative bias) for 2 months or so and wanted to take the same stack (cost agnostic, 4-8 supplements) everyday (including exam day) what would yours look like?

Oh I didn’t mean to imply you have to pick one or the other. Was just curious if you/ND has any sort of like internal ranking system or gauge of potency and/or comparable compounds lists (between synthetic and herbal) to help with formulating stacks basically. I think something like this could be very helpful if anyone is looking to go further than the advanced stacks already on your site (or would even to help explain why those stacks are what they are).

We are very limited in how we can market and suggest synthetic compounds, unfortunately. That's for very real legal reasons. So while I do have opinions, and it would be useful for us to have a guide like that, we can't.
