KSM-66 and downregulation of serotonin receptors

Does anyone have any studies showing this is true? I've heard people say that with prolonged use it can cause side-effects similar to those of SSRIs. Is it something that we should be wary of? I don't want to do any permanent damage.
I'm also curious about your opinions on whether KSM should be cycled or not. I'm thinking of doing 1 month on/1 week off. This good?

Hey, I'm hoping you can help me decipher the dose given in the study and how it would translate to the dosage equivalent in a human. I can't seem to figure it out.

100mg/kg in rats would be about 1.2 grams for a 75 human. That's not exact, though. It is just an idea of the relative scaling between the species.
