I'd love feedback on this stack. I'm a career executive and my goals are

* Increase processing capacity
* Increase verbal fluidity (makes me smarter in meetings)
* Increase testosterone -- for muscle mass and libido
* Increase stress response -- to think calmly.

My stack is (all from ND)

* Polygala - 100mg
* NMN - 1 tablet
* Aniracetam - 500 mg
* Tongkat 2% - 1 tablet

What do you think?

Wow man! +37% testosterone status is pretty impressive!!!! (Referring to the second study you posted) .

My doubts were unfounded and your assessment was clearly accurate.

I am now pretty turned off by examine.com. The studies you posted very obviously falsified their page on TA.

Until today I trusted most of what I read on their site. I need to learn to trust what you say. You are one of the few people on the internet whose statements are held up by integrity.

Sorry if I came off as disrespectful u/misteryouaresodumb . I didn’t mean it that way. I greatly appreciate your vast knowledge and ability to back up everything you state with science.

Ohh, don't worry. I figured you were reading that online. I did, too. I figured natural testosterone shit was all bullshit myself, which is why it took me so long to try it. I have completely stopped reading any sites online that summarize scientific data. There is too much misinformation and misinterpretation of the data, and I have been misled too many times. I go straight to the sources now, and read the full studies on things. Then I try things myself, and do trails with others at ND, before I make a determination on whether or not something shows promise.

Always read the studies yourself. You never know when someone is misinterpreting them, or worse... purposely twisting the findings to mislead. Also, sometimes thing work different in the real world than they do on paper. We have had many things that seem promising, but fall flat when we actually test them in the real world. As a corollary, we have things that either don't seem too interesting in the studies we read, or have little data, but we get strong effects in the real world. Sometimes things surprise us. Tongkat was one that surprised me; not because I read the studies and thought it was bad, though. I just took things at face value in blogs and shit, and didn't give it the time of day because I was biased to think all the testosterone supplements were BS. I have been trying to get away from that, and go straight to the data before making an assumption on things. It can be tough to divorce yourself from your biases. I don't think you ever truly can 100%. There will always be some level of bias. However, trying to minimize that, taking extra time in development, and relying heavily on data, provides a better end result. Our product development process is a lot more detailed and science-driven these days, but you can't fully replace real world trials. It's a back and forth process that needs to happen. If we just released things based on how things seem on paper, and did not do real world testing ourselves, we would have missed many things.

Replying to Crahan1147 · Which products besides the basic nootropic stuff like racetams and agmatine are restricted for german costumers? Is there a list or anything? Iam interested in Polygala, NAD and T

Nothing is restricted to Germany. We do have warnings on agmatine, but we won't stop packages there. You should have no issues with polygala, NMN, or tongkat to Germany.

Is polygala a strong enough MAOI that it shouldn’t be combined with aniracetam?

No, it's not something you need to worry about. The main compound in polygala that has MAOI effects is called DISS (3,6'-disinapoyl sucrose). It has less than 0.5% bioavailability. This means it is likely not clinically

Is 7’8 DHF safe long term?

Replying to mcmxviiii · Great, I was just worried about the lack of long term studies on it but this is reassuring. Is there any noots that synergize well with 7’8 dhf?

Lots. I take Immune Defense every day with it, and it seems to go nicely with it. I take CoQSol-CF, tongkat ali, NMN, and LucidiSPORE as well. Obviously polygala does, too.
