Which products besides the basic nootropic stuff like racetams and agmatine are restricted for german costumers? Is there a list or anything?

Iam interested in Polygala, NAD and Tongat Ali but haven't ordered anything yet because I'm unsure with customes, too.

Nothing is restricted to Germany. We do have warnings on agmatine, but we won't stop packages there. You should have no issues with polygala, NMN, or tongkat to Germany.

Is 7’8 DHF safe long term?

Lots. I take Immune Defense every day with it, and it seems to go nicely with it. I take CoQSol-CF, tongkat ali, NMN, and LucidiSPORE as well. Obviously polygala does, too.

It combines great with all those. I also combine with CoQSol-CF and NMN for energy. I have not really found anything it doesn't combine well with, at least for me personally.
